Firm and comfortable to support my back and feel really cosy. Love the demonstration of Rey pouring soy sauce to show how easily I can clean the sofa with Aqua Clean fabric. I visited Plan-b Living yesterday to look for sofas and was attended to by Rey, who provided truly excellent service. He served me wholeheartedly and patiently walked me through the entire process of how the sofa would be made. He also introduced the different leather options available and was quick to create sketches to help me visualise the final product. Because of his clear explanations and attention to detail, I had a very clear expectation of what I would be getting. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience at Plan-b Living. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a sofa.

Bought from Rey the salesperson from Expo event, bedframe, mattress and L shape sofa. No complain. The through out process was good. Delivery on time. Everything was our expectations. Customize our sofa. So far no damage or any wrong sizing. Bedframe swee2 fit our area. At one point, was offered a teak 1.8m dining table with sintered stone. Wife rejected due the colour theme does not match. Would have taken it if she ok with the colour. Missed the chance. Overall our new BTO house have two major item from this company.
