My experience with Rey was really impressive, he is super patient and offered useful advice on the color and the kind of configuration for the furniture setting. Though at the end I did not get from him the furniture as we found something else that are more suitable to our new place. Thanks Rey - you deserved a 5 star and a raise from your boss for your hardwork, so sorry we didnt get from you at the end :(

Was looking for a high back support sofa which could also slide to the rear for a daybed. Ace from Plan B catered my customised request from the firmness , to the design (length wise) , fabric and color of the sofa. The team also executed well in delivery and on site installation . I’d ordered in end of Dec last year and the sofa was ready before CNY. After almost 3 months of usage the sofa firmness is still there and no problems so far. Thanks to Ace and her team again ! I visited Plan-b Living yesterday to look for sofas and was attended to by Rey, who provided truly excellent service. He served me wholeheartedly and patiently walked me through the entire process of how the sofa would be made. He also introduced the different leather options available and was quick to create sketches to help me visualise the final product. Because of his clear explanations and attention to detail, I had a very clear expectation of what I would be getting. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience at Plan-b Living. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a sofa.
