Thank you Rey and Ace! We have spent a whole day and finally made our mind to buy my 3seater sofa from Plan B. The quality of sofa is outstanding. Firm and comfortable to support my back and feel really cosy. Love the demonstration of Rey pouring soy sauce to show how easily I can clean the sofa with Aqua Clean fabric. My experience with Rey was really impressive, he is super patient and offered useful advice on the color and the kind of configuration for the furniture setting. Though at the end I did not get from him the furniture as we found something else that are more suitable to our new place. Was looking for a high back support sofa which could also slide to the rear for a daybed. Ace from Plan B catered my customised request from the firmness , to the design (length wise) , fabric and color of the sofa. The team also executed well in delivery and on site installation . I’d ordered in end of Dec last year and the sofa was ready before CNY. After almost 3 months of usage the sofa firmness is still there and no problems so far. Thanks to Ace and her team again ! Went to Expo today just to window shop and look around. That's when I my wife and I chance upon Kai who was approachable and provided excellent customer service to us! We have tried many sofa over the years and was extremely particular based on our own experience and wanted something that suits us. Plan-B living sofa (refer to pictures attached) was what we always wanted for comfort and the choice to customise the fabric and colour accordingly.
